Fan coil
Using computer optimized design and produce by the imported heat exchanger production line.
Heat exchange coil is designed according to different flow, temperature and operating conditions using different internal process design, which ensure the performance and coil heat exchanger coil water pressure drop kept within reasonable range of efficient, reduce the difficulty of engineering applications;
Heat exchange coil design working pressure 1.2Mpa, laboratory pressure 1.5Mpa;
Fin heat exchanger using 0.12mm special quality aluminum, cooling fins produce by imported precision punching machine. Fished through Punching corrugated and secondary flanging;
Tubes use high quality copper tubing (TP2), 4-8 rows for customers to choose;
Long use life, high efficiency of heat exchanger, and wide temperature different of inlet & outlet water, low hydraulic pressure drop;
With full countercurrent flow tube design to improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger.

Fan & Motor
Fan adopts double inlet, high efficient, multi-blade centrifugal fan. It has forward and backward curved two types with low noise, High efficiency, smooth operation, small Vibration, great strength, low temperature lifting for bearing, wide range of working temperature and humidity range and etc advantages;
Fan bearings adopt international famous brand, is airtight self-aligning ball bearings, maintenance-free during normal use;
Belt drive as mainly driving way, easy for project selection, debugging, reduce project cost, for adjust the air pressure only need to replace the unit belt, pretentious simple operation can meet different occasions, wind, air pressure requirements for different place.
Fan and motor base and fan outlet with rubber and anti-cut spring shock absorbers and canvas soft contact and other measures to reduce vibration and noise.

Function sections
WFI has a variety of functional segments to choose can mainly be divided into several parts:
Air inlet section: Mainly including mixing section, the fresh air section, return air section and other types to accommodate the different proportion requirements of fresh air, return air and air exhaust. And an optional manual or electric valve can be chosen.
Filtering section: In order to meet different clean air requirements the optional matching plate of basic, middle level filtering and bag sub-efficiency filter. A filter mounted on the frame into small pieces can be easily cleaned and replacement.
Heat part: There are surface cooler section, hot water coil section, steam heating coil section, electric heating section to choose.
Fan section: Can choose Top air outlet or side air outlet. Depending on the wind pressure requirements, the optional forward & backward curved fan can be choose.
Other parts: WFI also has silencer section, air flow equalization section, maintenance section, empty segment to choose.
